“Now that we have been moved into our new Maverick Home for a few months, Stephanie and I just wanted to take a few minutes to Thank You for making this such a pleasant experience. I admit that since I had built the home we lived in myself, I was very hesitant about having someone else build us a home wondering if the quality would be up to the standard I would be happy with. From the first meeting with Sherry, she made me feel confident that she was very knowledgeable and she was not a novice at this process. She went to work immediately on looking for plans that we would like based on just one picture, no need for a custom set of prints with her at work, she came up with a great plan that we’re very happy with. Once we met Paula and construction began, it became clear that she was also very experienced and was more demanding about quality than even I was. I made it to the jobsite almost daily to check progress, rarely was there a problem that she had not already taken care of, any other issues were handled quickly to our satisfaction. After living in our home, we are very pleased, we are especially happy with the sprayed in foam insulation, our utility bills look great and it is obvious the payback will not take long. If you ever need to use us as a reference, we would be more than happy to talk to anyone considering Maverick as a homebuilder.”
